Ancient Mammoth and Ebony Chef Knife

This new Behring Made© Chef Knife is 100% handmade starting with the 440c stainless steel blade that measures 6" from tip to guard with a razor sharp convex grind. The copper guard is soldered in place above black and white fiber, copper and African ebony wood spacers which top a beautiful ancient mammoth ivory handle. The overall length measures 11 1/2" and it comes in a Behring Made© felt lined zipper case.
