This Behring Made Carving Set is ideal for the BBQ enthusiast. Both hand forged from 01 tool steel, the blade measures out to 8 1/2" and the fork's overall length is 12 1/4".  We outfitted this set with copper guards, accented by maroon, black, white and copper spacers with a sambar stag butt and copper pin.
