This new Trout & Bird from Behring Made© is inspired by the style of the great Bill Scagel, and it's hand forged from 3/16" thick high carbon 01 tool steel, plus it measures 5" with a razor sharp hollow grind, hammermarks and our forced patina blued finish. The blued steel guard is soldered in place above black and maroon fiber, aluminum and horsehide stacked spacers as well as a sambar stag butt that's pinned through the tang with copper for a rock solid guaranteed construction. The overall length measures 9 1/2" and it comes in a pouch sheath from Warlander Leather.
